Enforce match with John's version

Store equalizer settings by mode, such that you can have equalizer
settings for LSB and then, when switching to DIGU, have no
equalizer, and when switching back to LSB you have your original
settings back (just as with the noise reduction settings).

No longer put the required libs into the app bundle, assume they are
where they must sit. This is too error prone anyway.
So a "distribution" of the app file in the future must contain the
required libraries in their place.
