Made gradient panadapter an option in Display Menu. Change Red band to start at S9 level in Panadapter display. Changed protocol 1 processing to be a state machine to fix problems with USB interface not always having packets with SYNC,SYNC,SYNC at the beginning of the 512 byte frame.

Enforce match with John's version

Changed Panadapter line width to 0.5 and filled using a gradient of green-orange-yellow-red

Store equalizer settings by mode, such that you can have equalizer
settings for LSB and then, when switching to DIGU, have no
equalizer, and when switching back to LSB you have your original
